We are sure you will adore our minihandmade products. However, if any product should be defective or different from those ordered due to our own negligence, we will provide an immediate refund as quickly as possible.

Product satisfactions are fully guaranteed. If, for any reason, an item does not live up to your expectations, please file within (5) five days of receipt of merchandise, stating your preference for a replacement, refund, or credit. We promise to handle any problems promptly and courteously.

However, shipping charges are not refundable. Once your return is authorized, we will promptly ship a replacement and arrange for the shipping company to pick up the damaged item(s) or in case you want refund, we will gladly refund your payment minus the shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee.

All authorized exchanges or returns must be sent to Priss and Peach in their original form and packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet our conditions. All shipments have been insured, such damaged item through handling delivery (e.g. visible damage to the outside of the box) should be returned in the original packing. We will repost your order as earliest as we can.
