How do I place an order?

What happens if I am not pleased with my purchase
Above all, we want you to be pleased. There is never a problem to exchange an item purchased. However, the returned item must be returned at your own shipping expense, and arrive safely in original condition, in the original packaging. Doll stands must accompany any exchange. We will not accept returns, without prior authorization, call or email.
What happens if my order never arrives
All shipments leave in well packed containers. We ship miniatures all over the country and know how to have them arrive safely. Please contact us immediately at export@prissandpeach.com
Is your online ordering secure?
Absolutely, we have our own secure certificate, which encripts your contact and credit details, keeping your information secure.
What if the items are out of stock?
In these difficult economic times, we find that many of our suppliers do not stock items in the quantities that they used to. We try to stay on top of their temperarily out of stock items by taking them off line at our website. Although we do our best to keep up with the changing stock status, we sometimes are not told an item is OOS until after our customer orders it. If this should happen, we try to offer the customer other alternatives which are available. If this is unsatisfactory, we will refund the purchase price of the item.
